Who we are
MedVoyage (medvoyage.app) is operated by Visual Movement Inc., a company registered in British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you submit a quote request or contact form we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, and the treatment you are interested in. Enquiries are recorded internally; operator alerts contain only a case reference and request type. No enquiry authorizes or automatically causes clinic sharing. Enquiry consent records apply only to internal processing. Privacy requests retain your email, request type and any message you provide for internal review; no name, phone, country or treatment fields are retained from that submission. We do not sell this information.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our servers keep standard access logs that include IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use these logs for security, debugging, and to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Log files are rotated and are not used to build individual profiles.
Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to display advertising on some pages. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com, or learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can also manage third party cookies through your browser settings or at aboutads.info/choices.
How long we keep data
We retain enquiry records and privacy requests for internal handling, and do-not-contact holds to prevent renewed outreach. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for these records. Submitting a deletion request does not itself erase data; review and identity verification come first. Server access logs are rotated.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR. California residents have rights under the CCPA. For privacy requests, including access or deletion, email [email protected]. This link opens your email app; it does not submit a request by itself. You can also choose a privacy or do-not-contact request on our contact page without a consent checkbox. These requests create a communication hold. A deletion request does not itself delete data; review and identity verification precede any deletion. New enquiries cannot clear a hold.
Third party links
The site links to clinic websites and other third parties. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies before providing them with any information.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
