How We Gather Price Data

MedVoyage currently tracks 1,328 individual price points across 161 clinics and 35 procedures. This page explains where those numbers come from and what they can and cannot tell you.

Sources

Prices are collected from clinics' own published price lists and from other publicly available listings. We record the price in US dollars, the procedure it covers, and any notes the clinic publishes about what the price includes, such as materials, consultations, or aftercare.

Why many clinics show no price

Most clinics do not publish prices. Where we have no published price we do not guess one. Those clinics appear in our directory with a request a quote option instead of a number. Only pages backed by actual collected prices carry pricing tables.

US price comparisons

The typical US prices we show for each procedure are reference figures drawn from published US pricing surveys and provider price lists. They represent a typical uninsured cash price, not what any specific US provider will charge you, and not what insurance would pay.

Limits of this data

Published prices change, and your individual case may cost more than a listed base price. Treat every number on this site as a starting estimate for your research, not a quote. The only price that matters is the written quote you get from the clinic after they have assessed your case.
